Lack of Technology

Some third World coutries do not have advance technology so they cannot advance because we use technology to get information like internet and things like that. without proper communication you cannot recieve information that you may need.

Pros: it could possibly keep people out of trouble if you dont know about somethng you can possibly avoid conflict.

Cons: Effective communication is essential for the transfer of knowledge and information and some coutries dont have that so theyre lacking to knowlege that could be essential for them.
